Blossoms

Our Blossoms Room is the final stage of the nursery journey, supporting children until they leave us for primary school. In this room, we place a strong emphasis on outdoor learning, as it’s where our children love to be most, exploring, discovering and growing in confidence. Blossoms is all about preparing children for life beyond nursery. We focus on developing essential life skills, nurturing independence and building a true love for learning. From putting on coats and preparing snacks to solving problems and asking big questions, every experience is designed to support school readiness and personal growth.

Our room is filled with artists, musicians, scientists, mathematicians, explorers and future astronauts and we celebrate each child’s unique talents and passions. By encouraging children to follow their interests and deepen their skills, we help them flourish and feel proud of who they are, so they can leave Shardlow Hall Day Nursery equipped with the confidence and foundations to be the very best they can be.
